Available to all Sturbridge residents are Clubhouse rental, the playground/picnic pavilion area with restrooms, gated tennis courts, athletic field, and fishing lakes.

Pool/Fitness membership gives access to swimming pool area, children’s pool, and 2 fitness rooms with a full range of exercise equipment. 

If your home was built before 1999, the Pool/Fitness membership is optional unless you sell your home. As of April 2022, if your home was built before 1999, the pool/fitness membership will become mandatory for the new owner.

Pool and Fitness Center forms and rules:

Residents Only have access to Tennis Courts with optional Pickle Ball. Tennis shoes ONLY, refer to rules posted below to avoid fine.

Membership includes access to fishing lakes.

Membership includes access to children’s playgrounds and a beautiful 8-acre park. Playground may be used for Childrens’ parties on a first come first serve basis. But check with HOA manager during business hours to be sure no neighborhood event is scheduled.
