If your mailbox needs paint or repairs, the Sturbridge Homeowners’ Association supplies the green paint at no cost to you. You may pick it up at the clubhouse between 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Please paint only your mailbox post with the Sturbridge green paint. Please use black paint on the mailbox itself.
Does your mailbox also need new brass number plates, copper tops, mailbox and/or post replacement? SHA offers these items and/or services to residents at a nominal charge in an effort to help our neighborhood stay in compliance with homeowner covenants. City sanitation crews collect garbage in Sturbridge Plantation on Tuesdays and Fridays. Roll-out containers should be placed curbside no later than 7 a.m. on the day of service and removed no later than 7 p.m. that same day. Curbside trash/landscape rubbish pick-up is on Wednesday. The trash should be placed behind the curb and not on the street.
