HOA payments are due each year in January and July.
There are several ways to pay your HOA dues:
- Mail your check or money order to Sturbridge Homeowners’ Association, P.O. Box 389, Millbrook, AL 36054-0389.
- Place your check or money order in a sealed envelope and put in the Sturbridge HOA Office lockbox under the mailbox.
- Bring your check or money order to the Sturbridge HOA Office anytime Monday – Thursday from 8:00a – 3:00p.
- Make your payment online Click Here to login and pay dues.
**When paying by check or money order be sure to include your full name and address!!
The fitness center is open 7 days a week 4:30a.m. – 10:00p.m.

Note that the fitness center is to be used only by fitness center members.
The pool is “Swim at Your Own Risk”. There are NO lifeguards or monitors on duty!!!
The pool area gate lock will automatically be activated to operate with your access key only during pool hours on the days when the pool is open.
The rules below still apply, such as:

- The pool is for pool members and their guests only. Maximum of 4 guests per household.

- Members must use their access key to enter the gated pool area.

- No propping the gate open or hopping the fence.
-
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- No running or horseplay in the gated pool area.

- No diving.

- No smoking or alcohol beverages in the gated pool area.

- No glass containers of any type in the gated pool area.

- In case of lighting, exit the gated pool area immediately.

- It’s your pool so help keep area clean.

Remember a violation of the rules by you or your guest could result in suspension or revocation of your pool membership.
The Pool is open daily from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Opening Weekend: Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th
Opening Daily: Friday, May 24th
Pool Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
