We will soon welcome summer and hopefully an active and engaging HOA this year. There have been a few small changes since our HOA has turned over. One will be our Pool Area rules, we hope as residents you continue to enjoy this beautiful amenity of ours! Most of the general rules will still apply, but the major change put forward is a “Swim at Your Own Risk” rule. We plan on having “monitors” check in regularly to be sure there are no major rule infractions. Hours will be 10 am – 8 pm. The pool would open the 2nd Saturday in May and close the 2nd Sunday in September.
The same rules will apply such as:
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Pool for residents and their guest, not to exceed four guest
- No horseplay in pool area
- No running
- No alcohol beverages in pool area
- It’s your pool, help keep area clean
We plan on posting a new sign just outside our gate as well and a key access will continue to be required. This will have the benefit of saving some Association dollars and opening the pool season earlier and closing a bit later.
